Job Description
Job Purpose:
OMS Officer is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on the site and ensure sustainability. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (supervisors and coordinators) and the tracking of the OMS achievements.
Requirements for the Job:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Proficient in Performance Management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Dynamic, goal-oriented, and able to influence without authority.
- Full-Time position based in Sucat, Muntinlupa City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
