Job Description
Must have Freight Forwarding Experience.
Can supervise the entire operations of Sea freight, Airfreight, and local domestic shipment.
Manage the necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import, export, and local activities.
Responsible for the entire operations/functions of the Import, Export, and Local distribution.
Ensure that KPI targets of both teams are achieved.
Conduct monthly meetings (Operational matters).
Establish and update procedures/work instructions of the Department to meet customer/business requirements.
Review the performance of suppliers and service providers.
Validates and approves subcontractor’s expenses that are not included in the agreed rates and ensures the same will be billed to customers.
Coordinate with different Operations matters.
Coordinate with Finance for any operational matters.
Coordinate with operational issues.
Conduct quarterly visits with clients together with Customer Service.
Monitors the status of Corrective and Preventive Actions within Operations.
Experienced International Forwarder field is a must.
Coordinate with the concerned Department/Agencies for immediate Customs Clearance and delivery of urgent shipments and update customers from time to time.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
