Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop measurable objectives annually.
- Develop programs to achieve objectives.
- Generate production capacity and manpower forecast reports.
- Recommend organizational changes and manage subordinates.
- Plan assignments, budget, and supervise programs.
- Delegate duties, monitor performance, and handle complaints.
- Administer Company policies and conduct orientations.
- Support organizational policies and procedures.
- Analyze problems, generate reports, and ensure ISO compliance.

Pay: From Php50,00.00 per month
