Job Description
The Coding Manager will mainly be responsible for the Coding Department. He/She will help create and collaborate with other departments regarding organizational, performance, day-to-day operations, financials, and company programs and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement plans to support the organization’s business plan.
- Establish standards and measure performance.
- Manage departmental activities and performance against targets.
- Liaise with Clients on quality issues.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree holder; background in medicine, science, or pharmacology.
- 3–5 years experience in a supervisory role.
- Extensive experience in ED and Outpatient Coding.
- AHIMA or AAPC-certified with MS Excel proficiency.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
