Job Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement
- Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
