Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Collections, Credit, Savings, Checking, and Banking & Finance Accounts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in BPO.
- Strong communication skills; articulate and professional.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite during graveyard shifts in Alabang.
- Manage a minimum of 100 FTES with Team Leaders.
- Knowledgeable about KPIs and SLAs.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php90,00.00 per month | Benefits include paid training and 13th month salary.
