Job Description
- Provide support to the General Manager in managing the company’s overall operations.
- Meets or exceeds the targets through the establishment and effective implementation of production directions, business plans, and programs.
- Leads in the management (production and all support departments) and the development and effective implementation of SOP’s – Plan and programs to enhance the completion of goals.
- Sustain the highest level of client satisfaction, which is accomplished, in part, by delivering top-notch work.
- Responsible for the production management with the assistance of the production managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
- Monitors the entire production area’s cleanliness, production validation, calibration, training of production personnel, approve request for supply of materials, and monitors maintenance of production records.
- Ensures that all standards are adhered to according to HACCP, food standards before, during, and after production.
- Take the initiative to ensure that several audits are passed throughout the year.
