Job Description
The successful applicant should possess the following:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Coming from a Travel Agency or a BPO Travel Account
- Willing to work in City of Manila
- Able to manage and create a structure for 100 employees
- Can create and manage KPIs
- With at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
- Target-oriented
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Has experience in leading people
- Understands Profit and Loss statements
