Job Description
GeBBS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) transitions. You will develop client-specific transition plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and act as the primary client liaison. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have 8–12 years of project management experience in Healthcare RCM; current Manager or Assistant Manager title preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are required. PMP certification is a plus.
- Full-time, permanent; on-site at MOA Pasay, Mandaluyong, Ortigas, and Eastwood with inter-site travel
- Salary from PHP 90,00/month; benefits include health and life insurance, paid training, additional leave, company events, and promotion opportunities
