Job Description
- Ensure all operations are carried on appropriately and cost-effectively
- Improve operational management systems and processes
- Oversee warehouse efficiency and inventory planning
- Formulate strategic objectives and ensure legal compliance
- Manage budgets, perform quality controls, and monitor KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff for excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Holidays, Mon-Fri, Weekends
Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate: Mandaluyong City
Education: Bachelor’s required
Experience: 2 years as Operations Manager required
