Job Description
The Operations Manager will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for daily and long-term operations across KHMG Clinics, acting as the Quality Management Representative (QMR). Key duties include ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards, maintaining quality management systems, leading process improvements, preparing for audits, and driving service excellence.
- Required: BS in Nursing, Medical Technology, or related field; Master’s (MBA/MPH) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a laboratory, clinic, or hospital.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Full-time, in-person; based in Manila and Pasig. Salary from Php40,00/month.
