Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
- Create monthly schedules of photographers for all shoots
- Coordinating with the shoot contact person
- Owner of event chat groups
- Manage overall preparation and execution of the shoot
- Work closely with post-production team to ensure all deliverables are met
- Handle client communication and ensure after-shoot service is in line with the brand promise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 per month
