Job Description
Position: Operations Manager (Health Care Account)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends), may work during holidays
Salary: Php 80,00.00 – Php 100,00.00 (ALL IN, depending on work experience)
Work Location: Market Market, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in BPO handling healthcare accounts
- Proficient in English
- Educational background: High School graduate or higher
- Prefer candidates in Manila or nearby provinces
- Target Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 80,00.00 – Php 100,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Experience:
- Operations Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Healthcare: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
