Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our bakeshop branches located in Luzon. This key role ensures exceptional product quality, excellent customer service, and drives profitability while maintaining smooth operations.
Basic Functions:
Plan strategic operational growth and staff schedules;
Organize daily store operations and manage inventory;
Lead and train store teams, promoting collaboration;
Control compliance with SOPs, budgets, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
5+ years of managerial experience in food & beverage or retail;
Strong leadership and financial management skills.
