Job Description
Panadero Bakeshop is actively seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our branches throughout Mindanao. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality, and delivering exceptional customer service while fostering profitability and excellence in operations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop growth strategies, organize store operations, lead recruitment and training efforts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the food & beverage or retail sector, and proven leadership capabilities.
