Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations across our bakeshop branches in Mindanao. This role will ensure smooth operations, superior product quality, and excellent customer service while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Basic Functions: Develop strategic plans, oversee daily operations, lead and manage store teams, monitor compliance with standards, and optimize processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years of managerial experience in food & beverage or retail operations, strong leadership, and financial management skills.
