Job Description

Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Qualifications:
- Clinical Healthcare Account experience
- 8+ years of Ops Manager experience (5 years in BPO Healthcare)
- Strong background in US Healthcare Insurance
- Knowledgeable in PNL (Profit and Loss)
- Experience handling pioneering accounts
- Collaboration with WFM and Training teams
- Diverse account handling experience (CSR, back office, professional)
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig City
