Job Description
Role Description:
This full-time on-site role, located in Muntinlupa City, is for an Operations Manager at Southspring Development Corporation. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They will be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies and developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs. They will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Operations Management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to real estate and property management
- Experience developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
