Job Description
TechTiera Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our call center operations. Candidates should be college graduates with at least 5 years of Operations Management experience, including 2-3 years in US Banking, Finance Services, or Insurance (BPO) or Collections.
You will manage operational activities and guide supervisory staff to meet client KPIs and company expectations. A strong knowledge of call center operations and exceptional analytical skills are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of up to Php80,00.00 per month plus a signing bonus of 100K. Available positions:

- Cubao US Bank (BFSI) – October 16
- Makati Concora (Collections)
- Cebu Affirm (BFSI)
- Centris Credit One (Collections)
