Job Description
We need you to strengthen our team and impact.
What you will do:
Your role will be to manage our operations activities and team.
Operations scope:
Sorting (manual)
Recycling
Plastic carpentry (small projects only)
Safety, quality, reporting…
Facility in Muntinlupa, RMT Industrial Complex (1,100 sqm)
Main equipment:
4 shredders/crushers
1 compression molding machine for the boards
1 small carpentry workshop
Operations Team:
15 to 30 workers on multiple shifts, 24/6
Our requirements for this position:
1. You are an engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same industry
and can be fully autonomous on the job.
2. You are a natural team leader. You have experience in managing team(s)
of workers.
3. You are used to providing accurate and regular operations reporting.
4. You speak and write perfect English.
5. You are rigorous, autonomous, adaptable, resourceful, and you have an
entrepreneurial mindset.
Contract:
Your main place of work will be the Muntinlupa facility.
Basic work time is 8 hours per day/6 days a week. Considering that we
are operating on multiple shifts, you will organize your time depending on
the needs at the factory.
We require that you have your own laptop/phone with a good Internet
connection.
Your salary package will depend on your experience/profile.
