Job Description
Thrive Technologies Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our sales support team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $10, with the potential to earn up to 100,00 PHP per month.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PDT, featuring a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for team development, performance management, process optimization, and reporting. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience, exemplary communication skills, and a strong data-driven mindset.
