Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee first-line supervisors responsible for daily operations of our customer service teams in Toril, Davao City. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction and meet financial and performance goals while providing leadership and development opportunities for the supervisory staff.
Qualifications include 2-3 years as an Operations Manager, excellent communication skills, and a strong preference for candidates with Travel BPO experience. Candidates must be willing to work in Davao City and can start immediately.
Salary range: Php45,00.00 – Php75,00.00 per month, with benefits including company events and health insurance.
