Job Description
Operations Manager is responsible for keeping track of the big picture and identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient flow of operations.
Also part of the responsibility is that of the daily oversight and management of teams charged with achieving client deliverables through high-performance teams of operations staff and team leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track and evaluate associates’ performance and provide personal ongoing support and feedback to OICs & team leaders.
- Coordinating different teams for cross-team learning opportunities.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental issues to maximize efficiency.
- Communicating operational concerns & solutions to the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 year leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
