Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing Cluster/Community Performance
- Complete weekly coaching sessions and call audits.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on Continuous Improvement activities.
- Meet weekly deliverables and suggest client improvements.
- Discuss attendance and performance challenges.
- Identify training needs and keep employees informed.
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years of operations and management experience.
- 4-5 years of banking/financial services experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php95,00.00 per month
