Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing Cluster/Community Performance
- Complete weekly coaching sessions and call audits.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on Continuous Improvement activities and training.
- Client advocate
- Ensure weekly deliverables are met, including coaching compliance and providing improvement ideas to the client.
- People Management
- Conduct accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges.
- Identify training needs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with operations and management experience.
- Banking/financial services experience, knowledgeable in US Banking and Customer Service processes.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php95,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
