Job Description
DG Central Pharmacy Corp is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across all business units.
- Degree in Business Management or MBA required.
- 3-5 years in retail or pharmacy industry experience.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of business growth strategies.
- Directly manage key functional managers.
- Evaluate key investments and talent development programs.
- Engage in customer activities and communicate strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flextime, 13th month salary, performance and yearly bonuses.
Location: Tarlac City, Tarlac (Reliable commute or relocation required).
