Job Description
BROWMAKERS INC. is seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to evaluate store performance and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will perform thorough audits of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to established policies. Additionally, you will provide detailed reports on audit findings and suggest improvements to optimize operations.
This role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of branches and managing personnel effectively.
