Job Description
As an Operations Processor in the Automated Clearing House department, you will be responsible for performing various operational tasks related to electronic payment transactions. This position requires you to work onsite during the nightshift, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of transactions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing and verifying electronic payment transactions accurately and timely.
- Monitoring and resolving exceptions, errors, or discrepancies in payment processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assisting in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to transactions and operational activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should be comfortable working during the nightshift, as this is a requirement for the position.
