Job Description
- Engineering or Architect Graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
- Handles technical problems.
- Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements.
- In-charge in hiring/recruitment of personnel needed at the site.
- Manage the process of work at site, facilitating the requirements of project proponent, designers, and contractors at the job site.
- Liaise with the client team on design and construction issues.
- Administer architectural and engineering sub-contractors from instigation to handover.
- Monitor Quality Control – adherence to design and quality standards.
- Obey the reasonable and lawful discretions of the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Serve the Company to the best of knowledge and ability to perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the Company.
