Job Description
Amdocs is seeking an experienced Operations Service Leader to be based at our Pasig site. This managerial role (minimal travel) will lead service operations and delivery teams supporting cloud migration, 5G enablement, and digital automation for communications and media clients.
Responsibilities include performance management, client relationship stewardship, and driving continuous improvement while fostering a culture that embodies “Live Amazing, Do Amazing.”
