Job Description
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing operational tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and a results-driven environment, ideal for self-starters and those who thrive in fast-paced settings.
SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Build and manage workflows, forms, and automation
- Facilitate the transition from HubSpot to High Level
- Assist with marketing and sales automation processes
- Complete daily reports and contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Integrate and manage chatbot systems
- Tackle various operational tasks as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
- General understanding of HubSpot
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of High Level
- Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
- Proven experience in building automation, workflows, and flows
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
