Job Description
- Call clients, confirm order details & delivery schedule of Orders received thru Shop-link
- Convert SO to DR, print for route planning
- Tag unconfirmed orders based on exceptions: Cannot Be Reached, Unattended, Invalid Number, and Emails
- Area not serviceable offers: Pick up to Edison, Makati Warehouse
- Check with Client for alternate address within serviceable area (Metro Manila, parts of Cavite or Laguna)
- Client can choose carrier but shipping fee is client’s responsibility
- Shipping fee in Delivery Receipt is refundable per company’s Refund procedure
- Address additional concerns to Team Leader or Operations Officer

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
