Job Description
- Monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures, and work assignments to ensure efficiency.
- Liaise with guests and clients to deliver high-quality service.
- Recommend improvements for efficient operations and service quality.
- Initiate improvements and update the company’s Manual of Operations.
Requirements:
1. Graduate of any four-year course.
2. Prior supervision experience with strong supervisory skills.
3. Effective multitasking ability.
4. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
5. Honest, fair, and able to manage tenured workers.
6. Physically fit for regular floor walks at the resort.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
Expected Start Date: 08/23/2024
