Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bs Industrial Engineering
- With at least 3 years experience as Operations Supervisor in a Manufacturing Company or Toll Manufacturing
- Willing to work from Monday San Pedro, Laguna
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute production plan based on production capacity
- Supervise daily production activity
- Ensure tasks are performed according to standard procedures and regulations
- Investigate and resolve production and personnel issues
- Schedule/assign subordinates tasks to meet production goals and objectives
- Evaluate performance
- Check production daily report and machine efficiency
- Analyze production runs and make suggestions for improvements
- Responsible for manpower scheduling and planning
- Discuss with maintenance and management daily on production line issues
- Plan and schedule work, utilize employees, equipment, and material in order to produce quality products
- Implement and follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality, Safety, Health and Environment program
- Submit summary report every end of the projects
