Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor daily project schedules and assigned personnel per project
- Develop plans to improve services to clients
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Communicate important customer feedback internally
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Require at least 1 year of experience or any related work
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus
