Job description
- Manage and lead a team responsible for completing complex tasks efficiently
- Establish effective relationships with internal and external contacts
- Direct and monitor employees’ work, allocate resources, and ensure performance
- Create schedules, procedures, and work instructions
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback to employees
- Assist in developing company policies and procedures
- Monitor day-to-day activities of employees
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in operations management
- Strong budget development skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and maintain organizational control
- Trained in conflict management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
