Description

The Provider Enrollment Lead is responsible for training and overseeing offshore team members, assisting the manager in credentialing new and established healthcare providers, and ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving issues related to the provider education process, including application completion and submission
• Aid in collecting, updating, and maintaining necessary provider information and documentation
• Support the completion of enrollment follow-ups by clients and payers within specified parameters
• Ensure timely and thorough completion of both initial and recredentialing applications
• Help verify provider and group information with insurance companies
• Facilitate the organization of information for the enrollment and termination of all providers, and communicate with the team and clients as needed
• Collaborate with the manager and monitor work queues, smart feeds, and other reports, identifying areas for improvement
• Schedule and conduct training activities for the onshore and offshore team related to enrollment follow-ups
• Document and record training sessions for future reference
• Provide timely feedback to offshore provider enrollment staff regarding QA processes and results
• Identify challenges faced by offshore and offer guidance when needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Provider Enrollment experience
• Background in a supervisory or similar role
• Knowledge of Payor/Insurance Benefits
• Proficiency in Epic, GE, eClinicalWorks is a plus

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php42,00.00 per month
