The Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day museum activities, managing a team, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in any Business courses.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the Recreational/Entertainment/Leisure industry.
- Ability to make policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing operation policies and procedures.
- Strong multitasking skills and excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to work at The Dessert Museum, S Maison Mall, Pasay City.
- Immediate availability.
