Job Description
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering or Accounting
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in operations and input processing
- Proficient in MS Office functionalities with Excel expertise
- Strong in initiative, planning, decision-making, communication, and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure, analyze information, and make sound decisions
Responsibilities:
- Resolve disputes, build team spirit, and foster cooperation
- Develop plans and goals to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and increase profitability
- Coordinate changes in operation and production plans
Job Type: Full-time
