Job Description
Job Purpose: Responsible for organizing the immediate head’s calendar and performing functional support and administrative tasks.
Job Specifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same field.
- Graduate of Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or Office Management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and adept in report making and presentations (Canva/PowerPoint).
Job Description:
- Efficiently schedule appointments, meetings, and trainings.
- Sort, record, file, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
- Communicate effectively within the organization.
- Handle calls and correspondence appropriately.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
