Job Description
- Maintains a complete workforce by sourcing, selecting, and training newly hired employees
- Monitor attendance, activity implementation, and conduct performance evaluations
- Check and accomplish weekly reports, market situations, and other client requirements
- Attends to clients coordination meetings
- Cascade instructions and directions of the company/client
- Attends to inquiries and requests regarding salaries, deductions, benefits, and other issues and concerns
- Should be on top of the operations and situations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy
- Proactive organizational skills
