Job Description

A great opportunity awaits for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our Customer Service team handling phone inquiries. As an Operations Supervisor Customer Service-Phones, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our phone customer service department. This includes managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor call center operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and quality.
  • Track and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.
