Job Description
As an Operations Supervisor for Manual Order Review Account at Majorel, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the manual order review process. You will be responsible for leading a team of order reviewers, ensuring that all orders are thoroughly reviewed and verified before processing.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing efficient manual review procedures, training and coaching the order review team, and maintaining quality control standards. You will collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes and improve overall order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
To excel in this position, you should have strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to handle a high volume of orders and work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in order management or customer service is highly desirable.
