Job Description

Job Description:
- Monitor agent performance and address strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop team members to meet goals.
- Handle escalated customer calls with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders for daily operations.
Qualifications: At least 1 year supervisory experience is a must. Willingness to work onsite in Davao City is required.
Job Type: Full-time, with a competitive salary range of Php33,00.00 – Php35,00.00 monthly.
