Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Team Lead to join our Player Engagement department. As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our player engagement team, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our players.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of player engagement specialists to deliver exceptional support and assistance to our players
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance player satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve player issues and concerns
- Analyze player data and feedback to identify trends and provide insights for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
