Job Description
Job details:
- Responsible for the management of warehouse storage, picking, inventory, returns, and other sections;
- Reasonably allocate personnel to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase satisfaction;
- Able to conduct effective data analysis and achieve business data indicators;
- Responsible for employee training and management, building a talent pool;
- Responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordinating problem-solving.
Job Requirements:
- Have management experience and can accept night shifts. Priority will be given to having experience as a logistics industry leader;
- Result-oriented, familiar with the workflow of e-commerce logistics, warehousing, and orders is preferred;
- Possess good on-site coordination skills, proactive, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand significant work pressure;
- Able to work 6 days a week, 12 hours in two shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
