Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Order Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing orders via an online platform
- Communicating with customers regarding their order status
- Maintaining accurate transaction records
- Verifying order accuracy and collaborating with shipping carriers
- Packing items securely for safe transportation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
