Job Description
The Order Fulfillment role entails managing commercial orders, entering them accurately, and overseeing order management for single territories.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders in Shopee Account.
- Evaluate and maintain order documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments.
- Manage vendor processes.
- Record order data; resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory; respond to change requests.
- Communicate effectively with teams and management.
- Collaborate with sales on order forecasts.
- Support other team members when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good judgment and planning abilities.
- Team player and fast learner.
- Can drive a motorcycle (with license) – advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,770.00 per month
