Job Description
ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries
- Manage inbound call volume
- Generate and process invoices
- Allocate and track orders and returns
- Implement procedures to enhance operations
- Optimize inventory readiness and order fulfillment
- Handle wholesale and furniture orders
- Perform administration tasks
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong understanding of finance systems and processes
- Accurate data entry skills
- Experience resolving order issues with suppliers and customers
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or data entry role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
