Specialist.PH is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing VA to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow order processing SOPs accurately
- Solve information problems for correct deliveries
- Work with names, addresses, and order details
- Collaborate with team for efficient processing
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of VA experience
- Detail and process-oriented with time management skills
- Fluent English proficiency
- Comfortable on the phone and in US Time Zone
