Qualifications for the position:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects

Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to call questions and complaints
- Gathering information, resolving queries, and logging customer calls
- Providing guidance and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees
